Job requires ability to use computers and repetitive data entry. Attention to detail and thoroughness are key.
I am volunteering to work at the Storehouse and/or at the Storehouse mobile pantry. I understand that I will not be paid for my efforts. I further understand that I will not be covered by the Storehouse in case of an incident or any type of accident or injury that occurs in the scope of my volunteer activities.
I will not do anything that I do not know how to do, such as operate power tools or heavy machinery. In addition, I will not operate power tools or heavy machinery without the expressed request of my supervisor.
I agree to watch out for my own safety at all times. I will not do anything that I think is dangerous.
I will not do anything that I am physically unable to do. I will rest as needed. By signing this release, I am certifying that I am medically fit to perform the types of activities associated with the Storehouse that I undertake to do. If there is any question, I agree to consult with my doctor before volunteering.
I will follow the safety instructions given.
As a volunteer, I hereby fully release the Storehouse New Mexico and Adelante Development Center, Inc. for any injuries or losses I sustain that are related in any way to my volunteering for the Storehouse.
I fully understand this is a RELEASE OF LIABILITY and that I am giving up my right to sue the Storehouse New Mexico and Adelante Development Center, Inc., their respective employees, agents, and other volunteers.
I further give permission for representatives of the Storehouse New Mexico and news organizations to capture video, audio, and still images to be used in any manner to promote the Storehouse, and I waive any and all rights to compensation and ownership of these images or sound or to restrict usage of such materials.
I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor children listed here and that I am signing this Release and Waiver on their behalf, as well as my own.
